Untuk itu bagi customer service haruslah selalu melakukan upgrade kompetensi terhadap layanan. Kepala Kankemenag Kulon Progo, H.M. Wahib Jamil, S.Ag. M.Pd. menyampaikan hal itu dalam acara Reboan (Rakor ZI menuju WBK) yang berlangsung secara daring via Zoom Meeting, Rabu (13\/10\/2021) pagi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPenilaian ZI menuju WBK ini menjadi momen perbaikan layanan dan peningkatan integritas. Untuk itu customer servise sangat perlu mengupgrade kompetensinya terhadap materi-materi layanan. Apa yang masih bisa dioptimalkan, mari kita upayakan perbaikan semaksimal mungkin,\u201d pinta Kakan.<\/p>\n<p>Wahib Jamil juga berharap agar madrasah yang tahun depan akan mengikuti penilaian Zona Integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi juga dapat mempersiapkan diri semaksimal mungkin. \u201cMari kita berusaha merubah sikap, perilaku, penampilan, pakaian, kompetensi terhadap layanan.
