Di antaranya melalui Gerakan Makan Sayur (Gemayur). Gemayur bertujuan supaya siswa senang makan sayur. Hal tersebut disampaikan Kepala MIN 2 Kulon Progo, Hartati, S.Pd.I. di sela-sela siswa makan sayur, Jum\u2019at, (8\/9\/2023) pagi.<\/p>\n<p>Hartati\u00a0 merasa senang karena semua siswa membawa dan memakan bekal mereka yang berujud nasi, lauk, dan sayur. \u201cSaya senang hari ini bersamaan dengan peringatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas), yang seharusnya tanggal 9 September besok pagi, siswa membawa bekal lengkap. Ada nasi, lauk, dan sayur. Bermacam-macam sayur mereka bawa. Ada cha kangkung, tumis kacang panjang, sop, sayur bening, dan sebagainya. Justru mereka senang karena anaknya bisa makan dengan sayur, yang biasanya lebih suka makan tanpa sayur. Harapannya semoga siswa gemar makan nasi menggunakan sayur supaya kebutuhan tubuh dapat terpenuhi, dengan bermacam-macam vitamin yang terkandung di dalamnya,\u201d ungkap Hartati.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu guru MIN 2 Kulon Progo, Sudarman, S.Pd.I. mendukung kegiatan Gemayur. \u201cSaya mendukung kegiatan Gemayur ini, karena bila siswa membawa nasi sayur kemudian dimakan bersama-sama, maka akan terasa lebih enak. Sekarang siswa pulang lebih siang, sehingga ke depannya siswa setiap hari bisa membawa bekal nasi dengan sayur supaya lebih sehat. Ketika kondisi tubuh sehat, maka akan lebih semangat dalam belajarnya,\u201d kata Sudarman.
