Buah jeruk kaya akan vitamin C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mengawali bulan\nSeptember, MIN 1 Kulon Progo berdasar &nbsp;anjuran\ndan kerja sama dengan Dinas Kesehatan mengenalkan program gemar makan sayur bersama. Kegiatan ini digelar di\nhalaman madrasah setempat, Selasa (3\/9) pagi. Menu pada hari ini nasi, sayur\nbayam, lauk tahu tempe dengan buah jeruk. Anak-anak MIN 1 Kulon Progo melakukan\nkegiatan makan bersama dengan menu yang sama pula. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kepala MIN 1\nKulon Progo, Widodo, S.Pd.I menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan makan bersama tersebut agar\nanak gemar makan sayur, dan termotivasi untuk makan makanan empat sehat lima\nsempurna. \u201cKegiatan makan bersama ini agar anak gemar makan sayur dan termotivasi\nuntuk makan makanan empat sehat lima sempurna. Dengan makan empat sehat lima\nsempurna, jasmani dan rohani akan sehat pula. Anak jadi akan dapat belajar\ndengan baik dan meraih prestasi yang gemilang,\u201d ungkap Widodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cProgram ini\nakan rutin dilakukan sebagai agenda setiap bulan. Acara ini\ndiikuti anak kelas 1 sampai 6 sebanyak 265 anak. Anak-anak sangat antusias mengikuti makan bersama ini. Di halaman MIN I anak duduk disesuaikan\nkelas, dengan diawali nasihat dan beberapa penjelasan manfaat makan sayur\ndari bapak ibu guru lalu berdoa sebelum makan dan makan bersama,\u201d urainya.
