Salah satunya dengan senam untuk menjaga kesehatan jasmani. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan madrasah pada Jum&#8217;at (6\/9\/2024) di halaman madrasah.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala MIM Kenteng, Rujito, S.Pd.I. M.Pd. mendukung kegiatan untuk menjaga kesehatan siswa-siswi madrasah. \u201cDemi menjaga kesehatan jasmani maka perlu dilaksanakannya kegiatan olahraga. Kami mendukung penuh kegiatan senam setiap Jum&#8217;at di lingkungan madrasah. Siswa TK Aba Kenteng juga mengikuti senam dengan semangat. Senam terdiri dari gerak dasar dan aerobik,\u201d ungkap Aishaturohmah.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOlahraga senam juga bisa menjaga fungsi otak, mencegah pikun, juga bisa mengurangi stress, dan membuat lebih bahagia.
